< Auto synchronizer>
1. Digital 제어방식의 동기장치를 적용하여야 하며 내부적으로 2개의 채널이 적용된 제품으로 선정되어야 한다.
The synchronizer must use a digital control method and should be selected as a product with two internal channels.
2. 별도의 설정 및 운전상태감시를 위한 프로그램이 제공되어야 한다.
A separate program for configuration and operational status monitoring must be provided.
3. 동기투입시의 발전기 전압과 계통전압의 파형이 측정 및 저장되어야 하며 고장분석기능이 내장되어야 한다.
The waveform of the generator voltage and system voltage during synchronization must be measured and stored, and a fault analysis function should be built in.
4. 모든 설정값들은 전용프로그램을 통해서 설정될 수 있어야 한다.
All configuration values must be adjustable through a dedicated program.
5. 차단기 동작시간 및 조속기와 AVR의 제어변수들을 시운전을 통해서 튜닝이 되어야 한다.
The circuit breaker operation time and control variables of the governor and AVR should be tuned through commissioning.
6. 내부에 Auto synchronizing을 위한 채널과 SYNCH CHECK를 위한 2개의 채널로 구성되어야 한다.
It must be configured with one channel for auto synchronizing and two channels for SYNCH CHECK internally.
7. PT전압의 Offset에 대한 보정기능이 제공되어야 한다.
A correction function for PT voltage offset must be provided.
